Online inspiration from yogic traditions

We dive deep into knowledge from multiple angles, reflecting on the value of academic study as well as some drawbacks. No one knows how much we don’t know about the history of yoga – not least because most of the evidence comes from texts, while most of the teaching was orally transmitted from guru to student. So is it better to defer to traditional lineages? As we discuss, it’s not an either / or question…
