I’m in Norway this week, for the tenth anniversary of the Norwegian Yoga Festival. It’s held in a beautiful mountain location, and part of what I love is their commitment to inquiry. I’m hosting conversations on a wide range of topics, from “the meaning of life” to “detox from McYoga”…
I’m also looking forward to a series of workshops in London exploring acceptance – they’re organised monthly by the British Wheel of Yoga, and open to everyone.
